Find and install a rating system plugin for WP and display on individual lesson pages.

Two possibilities I found after some brief searching - maybe someone with more knowledge of the website can weigh in on whether they're feasible:

Google Consumer Surveys (default survey questions are free, others have a small fee): https://support.google.com/consumersurveys/answer/3184807#settings
WordPress plugin FeedWeb: http://wordpress.org/plugins/feedweb/

I like the appearance of the Google one better (see image below) but FeedWeb is completely free.
