Quasar V1 template

Hello all!

I've found myself starting new [email protected] projects and adding stuff I need to initial template over and over again, so I've took the time and created this template. It's nothing fancy, just a minor improvement on the default Quasar starter one for v1 branch, more tailored to my specific needs.

If anyone else finds it helpful, feel free to use! 🙂
