Add more logging to quasar CLI

Hey, I have a well running project in SPA and Capacitor Mode. I recently switched my development machine and are now trying to run my project in cacpacitor mode in Webstorm/Android Studio. Now I have a problem: I execute quasar dev -m capacitor -T android, pick the external IP and the process finishes with exit code 1.

No logging, no possible verbose flag for quasar executable. There is no hint why the process exits.

From Webstorm run window:
