Official Nuxt support

Nuxt is gaining a lot of popularity and developers love it. The framework is becoming a standard even for those who don't use SSR.

I think that there are a lot of people who want to use Quasar only for its UI components and combine it with Nuxt. I can see that there are some attempts and already a module to make Quasar UI usable in Nuxt, but it would be great if there was first-class support.

I would like to propose for Quasar to add official support for Nuxt and I think that would really benefit the Quasar community. However, that's just my opinion, that's why I created this discussion. If more people agree, then maybe the core team can consider this.
