Make the list the same as the wiki

Put the list of documents in the same way as the wiki, makes it easier for comparing

This would involve reading the frontmatter table for every directory located in dirname/dirname.md, under the nav-order field

In the asset branch every folder is now properly sorted in alphabetical order, "progress"?
