Using Config/runiverse/noindex: true (once fixed 😓 ) see r-universe-org/help#422

it's already documented 😂 https://docs.r-universe.dev/publish/set-up.html#how-to-prevent-a-cranbioc-package-from-automatically-being-indexed-by-r-universe so please make it work 😹
