Leading and trailing whitespaces can be problematic in AIML file. Add tolerance! #2

Thats great.. we could as well to ignore special chars (like in pt we have accents like áéíóú should be the same as aeiou)

And did you see the @TerribleNews is working on a branch of that?

Cool, I wasnt aware of that. Do you know whether he has plans to merge it
back to the original repo someday?
