What's in the pipeline?

So it's been a while, but there's been a ton of clean-up behind the scenes to help improve efficiency.

The key upcoming new features are:

1. When using setTdAttributes or similar, the ability to just over-ride the default colour/color schemes more readily
2. A customisable "loading" message while the table is refreshing/re-rendering
3. Action buttons for the top of the table
4. More customisations for elements such as the reorder buttons, further helping reduce the need to publish views to customise the look & feel.

Also on the cards is:

1. Imports (similar behaviour to the current Export behaviour)

Coming soon:

Column Ordering

Allows you to specify an integer for the order that the Column should appear, this is only really used when you're adding Columns in via Traits etc

In Progress

HasMany Column

Allowing you to specify the relation, and distant field (e.g. tags->name), simplifying when you want to display a list of related items, without having to write additional code

Further update on what's in the works, as there have been a fair few updates since this post!

1. Reducing unrequired blade loads (e.g. if you don't have any bulk actions, then none of the related blades are loaded)
2. Fix for reordering and maintaining row striping
3. Migration of Bootstrap inline styles into classes within the rappasoft stylesheet, to assist with CSP
4. Review of the injection approach, as there have been a few improvements in Livewire Core that we can utilise
5. More style customisation options to ensure that the table is as customisable out-of-the-box as possible, reducing the need to publish and modify the views
6. Migrating to ComputedValues as appropriate
