Persistent active filter through session storage

In the documentation, there is a method storeFiltersInSessionEnabled() in config that you can enable to not reset filter when the table page is revisited, but when i try to use it, it says the method does not exist. Would you anyone be able to help with why?

i just did in
public function configure(): void { $this->storeFiltersInSessionEnabled(); }
and this is exact same code from the documentation.

Can you confirm which version of the package you're using please?

It looks likely that you're using an older version that doesn't have this capability. Please advise the version you're using

Yeah, I was using 3.4 and thought that was enough but apparently I needed v3.5 to use the persistent filter storage. It would be nice to put what version is getting supported for each functions. Thank you.

That's a good point, and something I am working on.

Worth noting that we try hard not to introduce any breaking changes to the core code itself, so upgrading so long as views aren't published will typically be fine.
