The index primer is xxxxx, and the sample names occur in the same order as the barcodes in the example file.

Dear Rebecca,

I am wondering whether the raw data from day 4 of your Quito workshop are still available, I would like to comprehend your tutorial at home. But once I reach the process_radtags step, I get following error message: "Too many columns (24) specified in './barcodes_pool1.txt' on line 1."

My 'barcodes_pool1.txt' file looks like this (barcodes_pool1.txt).

Any help is highly appreciated.

Cheers,

Bastian

It's me again,

of course I've downloaded the data from the provided link (https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=XZxojcZzaPwbwoStDk7Do00Rhezeu7w3Xey), but it is only a single file. That's why I am wondering whether they are more files to download in regards to the error message of STACKS.

Cheers Bastian
