Class instead of Headings

Hi there,

is there any option to use a class instead of Headings?

For Example:

<h2><span class="set-anchor">Heading</span>Long Heading</h2>

I edit line 46 from

i.$elem.find("h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6");

to

i.$elem.find("h2 span.set-anchor");

but the menu list got broken.

A quick and dirty solution is sufficient!
