Credentials in onboarding PR unable to resolve github/ecr deps

I have tried using

to configure github creds using a PAT and still get 404's resolving dependencies. When I curl the same api call in the renovate logs with the PAT it works. Why is the token not being used by the Github App?

Also, for ECR I tried something like below and the logs shown that the call was unauthorized.

We have an open feature request for ECR in the repo: #3968

Perhaps focus on the GCR use case, as it's more easily to replicate for someone debugging?

But also hostType should be docker
