Crystal:

  • Shards uses YAML files
  • Version requirement strings seem to be the same as in Ruby
  • No central repository for shards.
    • Rather, each dependency specifies a git(hub) URL.
    • Versions correspond to git tags of the form v1.0.0.
    • https://crystalshards.xyz/ looks like a list of repositories.
