Found out you can "test" a diagnostics route in WAMCON, will need to add this functionality

While looking in the WAMCON, I happened to hover over the Diagnostics Settings section of the screen where the names of the different routes were at and a helper tooltip came up. Well, come to find out you can apparently right-click on one of the routes and send a test message to it.

Will need to add this functionality to the COMACON sometime.
