В оригинале используется mdbook 0.1, у нас же используется mdbook 0.3.

В mdbook 0.3 была изменена логика {{ #include }}, из-за чего такая подстановка ломается.

Раньше была попытка обновления: rust-lang-nursery/rust-cookbook#482

Но потом её ревертнули: rust-lang-nursery/rust-cookbook#485

Сейчас есть попытка обновления в rust-lang-nursery/rust-cookbook#565
