Consider replacing Rusoto with aws-sdk-rust #421

Rusoto has switched to maintenance only and the website is now down. Amazon now maintain their own SDK for AWS, aws-sdk-rust which is actively maintained although the README notes:

The SDK is currently released as a developer preview and is intended strictly for feedback purposes only. Do not use this SDK for production workloads

It might be worth considering replacing Rusoto with aws-sdk-rust, albeit flagging up the fact AWS do not current support it in the way they do SDKs for other languages like Python or Java.

Definitely makes sense, especially now that the AWS SDK for Rust is generally available, on version 1.x, and is fully supported.
