Deploy elsewhere now that bintray is dead?

I found this through its use in the Google "ndkports" build: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/tools/ndkports

Bintray is (recently) dead, so I can't run the build as-is. I was wondering if you had any intention to publish the artifacts again elsewhere.

Looks like Jitpack at least somewhat works without intervention...

Artifact needs to be published to Maven Central. Bintray is sunsetting its service.

It is about two years. Is this library available at maven? Per doc, below url is 404 now.
