Javascript Error on Startup [ Error: spawn ]

Hello there,

I have had this particular error for quite a long time with Portmaster, this happens when I launch the program... Whether with elevated admin permissions or standard user launch this pops up....

I decided to uninstall portmaster, purge all the data, then do a fresh install.... the error disappeared but after opening the app for the 3rd or 4th time, the error returned..... I searched online but it doesn't seem anyone else is having this exact error.....
