  • 'QM (Queensland Museum, Brisbane)' type material has switched to 'Queensland Institute of Medical Research (QIMR)'. Can these be auto-corrected back? An example here for Spinosipyloidea doddi https://sfg-taxonpages.github.io/phasmida/#/otus/856482/overview I note in the database that Queensland Museum is now listed as QMB -- noted, but all my depositories were checked, including this one in the past - with Geoff Monteith at QM. I should, of course, have 0 specimens in QIMR!!
  • Likewise 'ANIC Australian National Insect Collection' type material has switched to 'CSIRO Canberra Rhizobium Collection (CC)' example here https://sfg-taxonpages.github.io/phasmida/#/otus/933435/overview NB ALSO THE SAME IN OSF, see David Rentz's type material, much of it in ANIC. Can these be auto-corrected back?
  • Type material in Geneva MHNG has a blank depository; I added a couple in, like Agathemera claraziana, but can others be auto-corrected back into TW so phasmid types are listed for MHNG in TW?
  • Type material in Hong Kong HKES likewise has a blank depository [this collection is on old PSF, but not in TW]. Can these be auto-corrected back, so HKES appears in TW for phasmid types?
  • Other type data for many species states 'Repository is not selected' in many cases, although these are all on old PSF. So far my checks indicates this refers to the collections of private individuals that are no longer in the system. Many are paratypes, but in some cases authors refused to place holotypes in museums, an example here for Korinnis orlyeusebioi: http://phasmida.speciesfile.org/Common/basic/Taxa.aspx?TaxonNameID=1199393 so when one looks at TW, there is no reference to where the type is: https://sfg-taxonpages.github.io/phasmida/#/otus/855459/overview Are there plans to add these back in? (appreciate here that some SFs only include primary type data. Over the years we have added all type data and often included images of these. There are plenty of paratypes in collections of Conle, Hennemann, Brock, Bragg, Zompro and others, that are all now not accredited to any collection in TW).
  • Seow-Choen informed me a few years ago that ZRC in Singapore should read LKCNH. Is it okay to change this (and if so, how?).
  • Sipyloidea garradungensis in TW only 10 type records feature: https://sfg.taxonworks.org/tasks/accessions/comprehensive?collection_object_id=1559168 yet there are many http://phasmida.speciesfile.org/Common/specimen/SpecimensByTaxon.aspx?TaxonNameID=1203432 to edit these, how can one 'find' the other paratypes in TW?
  • General issue - several of my acronyms have been changed - as examples Auckland Institute and Museum AIM (from AMNZ), National Museum Naturalis, Leiden NNM (from RMNH), Dresden - Staatliches Museum... MTKF (from SMTD). Have these been reviewed with curators recently? - I would not have expected so many changes, particularly as I occasionally check with curators.

Still sampling more type material.

Some points resolved during zoom meeting on 15 November (as marked up), with thanks.
