Couldn't run buster -h HELP!!

I use Kali Linux and I setted up with python. Whenever I tried running buster -h, it indicates the error below:

buster -h
Command 'buster' not found, did you mean:
command 'busted' from deb lua-busted
Try: sudo apt install

or

sudo buster -h
[sudo] password for kali:
sudo: buster: command not found

Help Plz!! I'm a beginner of Linux...

install buster first
cd to buster then
sudo python3 setup.py install
