This should be as straightforward as enabling "web sharing" (or something) for localhost and using the dynamically assigned IP address. We just need to write up how for each OS in https://github.com/siznax/moo/wiki/Connect-Devices

On Mac OS X, I tried turning on "Internet sharing" with Bluetooth PAN as the port, but this connects to port 80, the default Apache server. I tried sudo apachectl stop and restarted moo on port 80, but got a permission error. May need to install moo using mod_wsgi.
@0x9900 Do you know a simple way to expose localhost:5000 to your wifi network users on Mac OS X? I stopped Apache and restarted my Flask app on port 80 but got PermissionError.
