I bought a S1030 and was trying to do a firmware upgrade. However, during the first upgrade, I noticed the device was identified as "S1040" but I went ahead and upgrade the firmware anyway using the "MYNTEYE-S1030-2.7.0.img". After upgrade, everything seems fine and then I tried a sample application for example, "get_depth". It does not work anymore. In fact, none of the sample application works. The error message was something like "I/O Timeout, please use USB3.0". I did plug the device into USB3.0. I suspect the firmware might not be right. Where can I obtain firmware for S1040? Before flashing firmware, sample application, like get_depth shows the device was indeed S1030 and the version was 2.0.
