Disable additional loads when power < x kW.

Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

Now, all the additional entities are always displayed, even when turned off.

Expected behaviour

Would be nice that, when an additional load entity is off (EV Charger, Water Heater, etc..) that the graphic doesn't show it, it only pops-up when its under load.
