README may no longer be accurate in RasPi build instructions

The build instructions for RasPi builds appear to be broken.

• They refer to obtaining a pre-built bundle from a folder in the repo but that folder does not exist.
• They refer to using the Meteor Universal repo, but the bundle build script there doesn't work because the Node repo no longer has the referenced version.

If the procedure has changed, would you kindly update the readme so I can continue?
If the BeeKee box concept is deprecated, please let me know so I can just abandon it, and perhaps update the readme to reflect that?

I cannot use the version at live.beekee.ch because I would be using the Beekee Box at locations that have no Internet access.

Suggestion: Perhaps a known-good ISO is the way to go for the Beekee Box?
