TASK: Create new issues

Description:

There are several algorithms/data-structures that are mentioned there is the README.md file but has not been implemented.

• For few of them issues has already been created.
• For few of them the algorithm is available but the README.md table doesn't include them.
• For few PRs has been opened.
• And there are many famous and common algorithms that are not even mentioned in the README.md

TASK:

• I want someone to add more algorithms in the README.md file
• Want to add new issues for the missing algorithms.

NOTE:

• Before creating issue do confirm if the algorithm actually doesn't exists in particular langauge
• Before creating the issue check if the actuall issue and the PR is not created for the same
