Dear SoundCloud Development Team,
I hope you are doing well. I truly appreciate the work you do in improving the platform, and I understand that technical issues can take time to resolve but I wanted to reach out regarding two ongoing concerns that have been affecting my experience on SoundCloud for some months now:

  1. YouTube Content ID Page – My Youtube Content ID page does not display any active claims, despite the fact that there are multiple YouTube videos using my music. This prevents me from managing claims, which has caused some difficulties with YouTube channel owners who promote my tracks.

  2. Split Pay Functionality – I am currently unable to add collaborators to Split Pay. When I enter the URL of an artist and click on their name, nothing happens, and they are not added to the list. Due to this, I had to release a track without the correct royalty distribution. While the other artist was understanding, this is not a sustainable solution for the future...

I have submitted multiple tickets over the past few months, but unfortunately, the issues remain unresolved. That's why I'm writing here...

I greatly appreciate your time and efforts in addressing these matters, and I would be grateful for any updates or guidance on potential fixes. Thank you in advance for your support!
