Stacking cards reappears broken Grab Reminder buttons.

If a card with a Grab Reminder button (Dream of the Untouched Land, Bargains of Power and Protection, Remnants of a Spirit's Heart, or Dahan Trade With the Invaders) has its reminder card brought out, then gets stacked with another card, then gets unstacked, its button reappears. Pressing the button then causes an error.

Really, this is two issues:

• The button reappears.
• The error is not caught and translated for the player cleanly.
  The latter could be relevant in case the reminder card is removed from the expansion bag manually, but the former is clearly the more important problem.
