Spyder app gets softlocked when lose focus during "Show tour" after step 3

What steps will reproduce the problem?

When I first started Spyder 6 (v6.0.1) I got a prompt for "Show tour". So I start the tour but on step 6 the dialog "Spyder update - Spyder v6.0.3 update is available)" appeared as pop-up. I click "No" (do not install) but now Spyder was softlocked.

The tour dialog is gone and doesn't re-appear when clicking in Spyder app, and the entire Spyder GUI is dark/greyed out and I cannot click anything.

I managed to reproduce it

1. open Spyder 6
2. Click Help -> Show Tour
3. on step "1/12", minimize the Spyder 6 app or select another app
4. Select focus back to Spyder 6 app
5. Observe that clicking anywhere will make the "Show Tour" dialog re-appear
6. on step "4/12" (or higher), minimize the Spyder 6 app or select another app
7. Select focus back to Spyder 6 app
8. Observe that clicking anywhere doesn't do anything and Spyder is now greyed out and softlocked
