BULK METADATA UPDATE: Minor edits to entire metadata collection

An exported spreadsheet of ALL the metadata for ALL data layers was received by CSU from @kalxas on Sept. 29, 2019. That entire spreadsheet, representing the metadata of 1352 datasets, has now been edited for consistency, typos, keywords, categories, etc.
