Add ability in early boot to specify either pool name or pool UUID

Currently our early boot setup scripts only accept UUIDs. It is now possible to use names of pools too for operations at the engine layer. We should consider adding a backwards compatible way to also specify pool name in the scripts to take advantage of this.
