Pass through user agent and Forwarded-For header when fetching vmap

We use a generic user agent today to fetch the VMAP when what we want is to call the vmap on Stitcher "on behalf of the viewer", meaning we'll better pass it through. The same for IP in X-Forwarded-For header.
