Issue Description:

This is about the llbuild repo. The file 'unittests/Basic/LaneBasedExecutionQueueTest.cpp' is not included in the 'unittests/Basic/CMakeLists.txt' file, so it is not compiled and tested for linux.

When I tried including it in a PR, the test './BasicTests/LaneBasedExecutionQueueTest.workingDirectory' failed.
