Not sure how this could be best distinguished from external code. Maybe if they're in the same folder or so?

I would compare the first N (e.g. 2) elements of the namespace.

People coding for WordPress may need a few more (than 15) years to adapt to namespaces.

I was testing in a project that isn't using namespaces 😬 (WordPress/performance#776)
