1. Issue Description
   The Target audience dropdown content in scheme page is no resetting in post search operation.

2. Steps to reproduce the issue
   (i) Browse wep site wep.gov.in
   (ii) Browse top menu option explore > schemes
   (iii) Type "Stand Up India Scheme" in search text box
   (iv) Select Female option from Gender dropdown
   (v) Select "Enterprises" option from Target Audience
   (vi) Click on the Search button
   (vii) Click on Reset button

3. Expected Results
   (i) Search text box, Gender and Target Audience control selected option should be cleared on Reset button click
   (ii) The expected result screenshot is below

4. Actual Result
   (i) On clicking the Reset Button post search action the Search and Gender options are working as expected but Target Audience selected option is not getting reset
   (ii) Please find the actual result below
