   The Incubators and Accelerators dropdown menu is not opening It's Processing on clicking.

2. Steps to reproduce the issue
   (i) Browse wep site wep.gov.in
   (ii) Browse top menu option explore > Incubators and Accelerators
   (vii) Click on Incubators and Accelerators

3. Expected Results
   (i) Incubators and Accelerators dropdown menu should open on clicking

4. Actual Result
   (i) Clicking on Incubators and Accelerators dropdown menu in not opening, It's Processing on clicking.
   (ii) The actual result screenshot is below
