There is no PatchGAN in this repo, despite claims of paper #180

The CUT paper and this repo claim the discriminator is a 70x70 PatchGAN. However, I verified that this is not the case.

Searching the repo for "70" only yields the docstring that claims there is a 70x70 PatchGAN.

There is a class that defines a 16x16 PatchGAN here, but it is never called or used.
