I've completed the code review and also re-implemented some contracts to deepen my understanding. You can find the changes here: taikoxyz/taiko-mono#18212 (No plan to merge the PR).

Things I may spend more time on:

• The relationship between validators and preconfers, especially in terms of tokenomics. The current design assumes they are the same entity, but what happens if validators prefer not to have their own preconfer at all?
