Custom Provider Definition

I want Alibaba Cloud to be added, but when I wanted to modify the code myself, seems like the abstraction layer between the providers' list and application doesn't exist, every provider has its own methods. What about re-factoring this part and creating custom pluggable provider plugins, where everyone can contribute to add providers in a marketplace created by you guys, containing already what's out there !
