As a devops I would like to

Run the the Crunchy Data operator[5.x] on OCP 4.8+
Create a Kustomize / Helm templates
Create a user
Create a Database and assign a user
Scale the cluster to more than 1 active DB instance
Have a PG backrest to sync across instances
Have a PG bouncer to the PG cluster
Test the connectivity from my local system
