Mistral-7B-v0.1 SKIPPED on main

Mistral-7B-v0.1 is listed on the front page of the repo with performance data.

Any testing of Mistral-7B is skipped in CI.

Thus we can't verify that the model works ahead of a release.

Per @jvasilje any model that is on the front page, that we can't verify as functional ahead of a release needs to be addressed as a P0 issue.

Please investigate why it is skipped, and help us ensure it is functional on main.
