Custom partitioner in Test container

Thanks for the Great Project it is very helpful for integration testing.
i am using s3 sink connector from confluent and have setup int test using classes provided here, i have a use case where I use a custom partitioner for partitioning data in s3, is there a way I can deploy custom partitioned jar within container which gets launched during the tests.
Thanks, any pointers will be helpful.
I didn't find any way to raise a question hence opened an issue.
