Suggestion: Create Yunohost Package

Yunohost is an easy-to-use packaging program designed for new and experienced web admins alike. It allows on-the-fly installation and makes having numerous services on one machine easy and simple. Yunohost currently has a few link shorteners you can install, but they either don't work, have a terrible (or non-existant) ui, or require another server.

Kutt seems fairly straight-forward to setup, so I feel like it'd be an amazing app to add to Yunohost.
