Override AIO Settings

Hi,
is there a way to override some Marlin settings PrusaAIO makes?
In my case: the screws which are holding the hotend fan are scraping on the leadscrew during the g29 bed leveling when the carriage is at the lowest x point. That's why i would like to adjust the bed leveling mesh to start a couple mm further away from the 0-point of the x-axis.

Everything is open source and this just a hyper-tuned fork of Marlin, so you're able to set your own probing margin or min/max positions if they do not match a stock Prusa Bear.
