Homekit in Pocket Control App but NOT in Web UI

I installed the hap-homekit plugin. I restarted the server...
I can't see any "Homekit" button in Settings (Einstellungen)... (but I see it in the App Pocket Control --- just can't do anything there to add it to Home)

In Zusatz Software I See that HomeKit HomeMatic is installed and there is a button for "Settings"... but clicking on it brings the message that the browser vcan't connect to the server

PLEASE any help?

PS: the Homekit I see in the App is for sure the function I used when I was using RedMatic.... or the previous version of Homematic homebrideg?

... I am really confused with the settings...
