PDF w/ Prince TOC page number

Hi!
My team and I are working with this theme for our user documentation, and the UX folks are using Prince to generate the PDF. They have the following issues I was hoping you might help us solve:

• When generating the TOC of the PDF document, all page numbers are 0
• Consequently, the chapters in the TOC do not link to the chapters of the document.

We followed all the instructions in the Theme's Demo, but still were not able to solve it.

Prince isn't able to find the pages you're linking to, I believe. I recommend looking at the links (look in the printer-friendly output you generate before starting Prince) and see if the links can go to the page or not. I think Prince wants absolute paths.
