How to do a meeting

Our monthly meetings are the cornerstone of Tulsa Web Devs activities.

Schedule

Our meetings are on the 3rd Monday of every month at the i2E Tulsa office. For each one we need to:

Online artifacts (~5-10 minutes)

1. Create a meeting wiki page
   • Copy/paste the Meeting Template page
   • Update all the {Month}, {Day} tokens
2. Add a comment to the event on Meetup

Optional

1. Post on the Facebook group
2. Post on the Google+ group
3. Tweet about the event and mention @tulsawebdevs for a retweet

Meeting day logistics

1. Order food by 4pm
   • We typically order online or by phone from the Chick-fil-A
     • Pick-up time for 5:45pm
2. Pick up drinks by 5:15pm
   • A few 12-packs of soda
   • A few 6-packs of beer
