* Add wsdd package for Windows Service for Devices - so Fileserver shows up
in Win10/11 Explorer - closes #1598.
* Install avahi-daemon by default. Provides zeroconf auto network discovery
and is ompatible with Apple's Bonjour service.

#1895.

* Explcitly disable TLS<1.2 (i.e. SSLv3, TLSv1, TLSv1.1) for HTTPS

fallback as low as TLSv1).
* Update SSL/TLS cyphers to provide "Intermediate" HTTPS browser/client
support (suitable for "General-purpose servers with a variety of clients,
