win10，配置环境前下载官方提供的weread.msi文件安装的软件能正常打开，配置完环境一顿捣鼓，终于能打包网页了，结果打包出来的exe双击没反应，然后打开原来能打开的weread也打不开了，重新下载一个msi安装的软件也打不开，是什么原因
