This is the error:

Fatal error: Cannot access private property Symphony::$Database in extensions/reflecteduploadfield/extension.driver.php on line 43

It never changes the name but uploads anyway the file. Solution?

Try Symphony::Database() instead of Symphony::$Database - did the trick for me (S.2.3.1)
