'New config only works with aarlo entity names' error creating a new card

I've just installed the card using HACS. When I try to create a new one, I'm getting this error:

After the installation of the aarlo integration, I've renamed the names of the entities. Not sure if that is a problem.
I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it.
I'm using:

• Aarlo v0.8.1.4
• lovelace-hass-arlo v0.2.6.1

The device name has to start with "aarlo". "arlo" should work too, but I just tried mine and renamed my camera from camera.arlo_basement_door to camera_aarlo_basement_door, and it worked.
